I took this video almost a lonth ago, but I thought I would share the cutest laugh! Hailey laughs over Ashlyn a little in the end, but they are both cute!!

Christmas Party Playgroup

Yesterday we had playgroup at my house and had a little Christmas party. The kids made ornaments and decorated Christmas cookies. It was a lot of fun and the kids were so cute!! And yes, there is a cookie under that cute pile of red sprinkles!

Rachel Ray... over a week late!

Last week 15 girls from our ward went to New York to see the Rachel Ray show. Yes, it has taken me over a week to actually put it on the blog, but at least I am doing it!! It was my first time to New York and it was a lot of fun to ride the ferry, take the subway (maybe not so fun), see time square, and see the show! It was especially exciting to sit on the front row at Rachel Ray. It sounds fun, but a good portion of the time I couldn't even see due to the cameras in front of me. I did get to sit next to 2 of Rachel's guests though, so I guess there are perks. I just hope I don't look like a terrible fool on camera! It was really fun to have a day with the big girls and leave my little girls at home with Daddy!

Ashlyn's Blessing

Today Derek was able to bless Ashlyn in church. It was a beautiful blessing. I made another blessing dress for Ashlyn too. Thank you Jordan for all of your great advice and help with the dress!!

Big girl bed!!

Hailey has been sooo great going to her "big girl bed". From the first night we put her in the big bed, she's stayed all night. I am really excited to get Ashlyn in the crib now, she's sleeping through the night too!!

Ashlyn is cooing and smiling all the time... I can't believe she's 2 months old already!!

Halloween at the Church

Last night we went to our ward Halloween party at the church. It was a lot of fun to see the kids dressed up. Derek and I went as pirates, Hailey was a cute little witch and Ashlyn was just plain cute in her Halloween outfit!!

1. If you were to ask my husband, he would say I was BEYOND o.c.d. I have the wierdest habits, including cleanliness, strange eating, coordinating my closet, and the time on the microwave to name a few.

2. If I ever get boys, the first two will be named Daylen McKay and Bryce Jacob.

3. I am a sucker for my husband. I get so excited when he finally tells me something that he wants, that I have to get it! He never tells me he wants anything!

4. I love to cook. Not that I am that great, but I enjoy it and love to try new things! Anyone have any good recipes?

5. I was born on the 4th of July. This year I spent it on a house boat with my family. They gave me a pretty flag cake and everything! Thanks!!

6. I hate these stupid things because I never have anything cute or exciting to say like I see everyone else do!

Hailey loves to do so many things these days, it seems like we are always busy. She finally likes the swings and is really starting to enjoy playing with other kids. But, when she is home and has no one but mom and dad to entertain her, these are some of things she likes to do...

It still amazes me, the messes Hailey makes, you'd think that she was just learning. She just loves to play with her food!!

Ashlyn Grace Farnsworth

Our beautiful baby girl was born on Saturday, September 1st at 4:57 a.m. She was 7lbs 1oz and 20 inches long. She is a great baby. Hailey is just loving her. She thinks she is a little mommy. She always wants to hold her and burp her, and give her a pacifier, even if she doesn't want it! Derek of course, is completely enjoying his little girls. I am doing great and feel much better than last time, which has been a great blessing.
