Hilarious

Yesterday we went to Hershey PA. It was fun to see the cute little town. We went to Finicci's for dinner and it was really good. But, the highlight was definitely Brian Regan. We saw him at Hershey Theatre. He had a lot of new material and it was great!! His opening act was great too. Joe P something. I was really glad that the Sperrys were able to come with us and the Suhrs. So worth the drive!

Dancing at the Y

After some discussion with a director at the YMCA, I am going to be teaching a children's dance class this fall. I am really excited and nervouse about it. I love to dance, but it has been a while since I've taught. The hang up now is what age group to open this class to. My director told me to choose based on what I thought enrollment would necessitate. So my question is, what do you think? Would enough people sign up to have two classes, 2-4 and a 5-8 year old class. Or, should I just stick to the 4-8 suggested orginally? The big concern I have is that this class was added last minute so it won't be in the paper copy schedule of classes, but will be added online. And, it is supposed to be cheaper than their current classes. Take the poll to tell me what you think!!

Tara and Evan

This last week we had the opportunity to go home to see Derek's sister get married. It was soooo fast, but fun. We were only there 3 full days! It was really great to visit with family and see Tara and Evan be sealed together for time and all eternity. What a great blessing it is to know that our marriage and family do not end after this life, but can continue forever. I am so grateful that Derek and I have been sealed. It was also great to hear the words again and recall all the beautiful blessings of marriage. Thanks Tara and Evan, you gave us an opportunity to visit the temple again!! After the wedding, we spent a day on the lake with the family. It was fun to get some sun, hang out on the boat, and even tried to wakeboard, which I haven't done in 8 years. I got up, but unfortunately I am either not strong enough or too small to keep the adult board the right direction. I personally choose to believe that I am too small, keeps me from thinking I'm weak. Sad as it is to say, next time I am going to use the kids board, I think I'll have more fun that way. Derek, on the other hand, did well. A few more times at the lake and I am sure he'll be great:) He also played a few rounds of golf; it's always good to see him hanging out with his brothers and friends.
